Weve recently updated our helpdesk to a new version. If you use this web interface to login and raise tickets, to link your email address, you can either email the helpdesk, or will need to:
1. Click "Ask a Question"
2. Select "I am a new user"
3. Fill out the form with your details, and an account will be registered for you.
4. A validation email will be sent to your email address to confirm your email address is correct.
Once this account has been created, you will be able to login with your email address and password.
